Detailed Work Profile:

As a Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing counter, managing deliveries, coordinating with staff and customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to make our café a favourite local spot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Finances: Handle the billing counter and manage daily finances. Provide daily sales and profitability reports to the owner.
  • Orders and Deliveries: Manage orders and coordinate with delivery partners such as Zomato and Swiggy.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and chefs' daily requirements, plan and converse with the Head Chef before meal times, and ensure daily supply needs (milk, vegetables, spices, etc.) are met before meal times.
  • Conflict Resolution: Maintain a conflict-resolving attitude to address any issues that arise.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and update the owners on requirements and gaps.

Educational Requirements:
