Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript development, particularly with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This role involves leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and delivering scalable web applications.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
Design and implement scalable solutions for complex technical requirements.
Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end and back-end integration.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces.
Guide junior developers with best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
Ensure code quality and maintainability through unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Resolve development and production issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with emerging web development trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

1–2 years of hands-on experience with full-stack development using the MERN stack.
Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiar with building and consuming RESTful APIs and real-time communication tools like WebSockets.
Experience with version control tools such as Git and CI/CD workflows.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker is a plus.
Knowledge of Redux or Context API for state management.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
