Detailed Work Profile:
- Preparation and Presentation:
- Italian dishes: Variety of pasta and pizza.
- Fast food items: Variety of wraps, momos, and fries.
- Sweet treats: Waffles, pancakes, crepes, and churros.
- Beverages: Coffee and shakes.
- Kitchen Setup:
- Collaborate with the head chef and owner in setting up the kitchen, including the necessary cutlery and equipment.
- Assist in creating a comprehensive list of food items and ingredients and help with supplies.
- Food Management:
- Work with the head chef to decide food portions and maintain low food waste.
- Manage inventory for food items and ingredients and support daily supply procurement from local markets.
- Preparation and Maintenance:
- Prepare the kitchen before meal times.
- Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served.
- Maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
- Work Schedule:
- Willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Comfortable working long shifts.

Education Profile Specifications:
- Graduation: Degree in the Culinary Arts (preferred)

- Knowledge of professional kitchens, food preparation skills, and understanding of ingredients and flavor.
