Primary Responsibilities :

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Preparation and Presentation:
    • Italian dishes: Variety of pasta and pizza.
    • Fast food items: Variety of wraps, momos, and fries.
    • Sweet treats: Waffles, pancakes, crepes, and churros.
    • Beverages: Coffee and shakes.
  • Kitchen Setup:
    • Collaborate with the head chef and owner in setting up the kitchen, including the necessary cutlery and equipment.
    • Assist in creating a comprehensive list of food items and ingredients and help with supplies.
  • Food Management:
    • Work with the head chef to decide food portions and maintain low food waste.
    • Manage inventory for food items and ingredients and support daily supply procurement from local markets.
  • Preparation and Maintenance:
    • Prepare the kitchen before meal times.
    • Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served.
    • Maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
  • Work Schedule:
    • Willingness to work nights and weekends.
    • Comfortable working long shifts.
Experience Requirements:

Education Profile Specifications:

  • Graduation: Degree in the Culinary Arts (preferred)
