Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in consumer marketing, with expertise in digital and social media marketing. They will collaborate across departments to ensure successful marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership & Strategy:
- Define strategy, develop, and align marketing plans with strong cross-departmental collaboration.
- Plan and execute company-run events, including campaigns, initiatives, recognition events, in-house productions, new product launches, and trainings.
- Lead business performance, consumer, and campaign analysis to identify opportunities, key learnings, and actionable insights.
- Develop social media and digital strategy plans that support company objectives.
- Optimize ROI for marketing initiatives through insights from digital and social media analytics.
- Drive and oversee nationwide marketing and promotion plans.
- Provide guidance to the marketing team to set and achieve clear marketing goals and KPIs.
Experience Requirements:
Marketing Operations and Execution:
- Align, evaluate, and optimize local marketing plans to ensure best-in-class execution.
- Ensure all local brand communications comply with global brand image and guidelines.
- Monitor the brand’s presence, performance, and activities across all key touchpoints.
- Prepare reports on business reviews and key marketing activities.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Studies.
- Minimum of 7 years of consumer marketing experience.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.
- Expertise in digital and social media marketing.
- Comfortable in a flexible and fluid environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
