Job Description:

As a Business Associate in the Customer Support department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
    • Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to senior support when necessary.
  2. Communication:

    • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
    • Ensure clear and concise communication to avoid misunderstandings and enhance customer experience.
  3. Data Management:

    • Record details of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  4. Performance Metrics:

    • Meet or exceed performance targets, such as customer satisfaction scores, response times, and call handling times.
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions and documentation.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  6. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
    • Stay updated with product and service changes, company policies, and industry trends.
Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree is mandatory; a post-graduate degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to type at a speed of 50 WPM or higher.
