Position: Manager / Deputy Manager - Sales

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Function: PV Inverter Sales Division

Develop and maintain a good network & connections in the India Solar Industry and handle customers across Bangladesh.
Effectively communicate and negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
Based out of Dhaka and flexible to frequent travel.
Possess a fair amount of technical knowledge in Solar Power Plants & Inverters.
Develop new customers in the specified business area.
Experience in the tendering process, handling utilities/PSU, and obtaining vendor/product approvals.
Monitor competitor prices, activities, strategies, and provide feedback on a regular basis.
Manage key accounts, including account planning, negotiation of pricing, cash & credit terms, incoterms, and international shipment terms.
Ideal candidates should have experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries with rapid changes in market conditions, preferably in the Photovoltaic sector. Experience in handling capital goods within the B2B industry is a must.
Build and support long-term relationships.

More than 5 years of experience in handling capital goods sales, mainly B2B.
Experience working with Chinese companies is an added advantage.
MNC background is preferable.
Age should not be more than 40 years.
Electrical Engineering degree is preferable.
Knowledge of the solar industry and key customers is an added advantage.
Knowledge of inverters is an added advantage. Experience in the transformer/high voltage switchgear industry is also acceptable.
Willingness to travel for business on short notice.
Stable job history with no frequent job changes.
