Primary Responsibilities :

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, to support customers in different time zones.

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Contract Duration: 2 months trial period, followed by a 1-year signed contract
  • Location of Posting: Home Office (Working Hours: Paris time 8:00 - 16:00 / 14:00 - 22:00)
