Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with booking reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to support customers in different time zones.

Detailed Work Profile:
- Contract Duration: 2 months trial period, followed by a 1-year signed contract
- Location of Posting: Home Office (Working Hours: Paris time 8:00 - 16:00 / 14:00 - 22:00)
