Primary Responsibilities :

Position: Channel Partner Development

Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze regional market insights for various product categories and solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies based on market demand, company products, solutions, and capabilities.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Develop existing partners through contract negotiations and monthly follow-ups on contract implementation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze product purchases by dealers and optimize their product portfolios to increase business and company profits.
  • Identify and resolve commercial and technical bottlenecks by coordinating with relevant departments or companies.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Implement a routine training plan for partners and their customers.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales KPIs and meeting minutes.
  • Manage certain direct transaction customers on orders and deliveries efficiently.
  • Work towards sales and revenue targets set by the Channel Sales Director/Country Manager.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications specific to the industry, and maintaining personal networks to stay updated on the latest technologies.
Experience Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales-driven position in the Security/IT industry, with familiarity in the regional channel market.
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Solid network within the Local Channel network.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Fast learning ability for new products and solutions, and ability to close deals by discussing specific product and solution requirements with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Persistent, proactive, and responsible, able to drive business independently.
  • Ability to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Competitive and efficient in achieving targets.
  • Strong public speaking, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Valid driving license.
