Primary Responsibilities :
Job Title: Sales Director
Detailed Work Profile:
Our company provides telecom networking manufacturing services with a presence in three countries: Kenya, Johannesburg, and Nigeria. We are seeking a Sales Director to replace the previous incumbent in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the West African region.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and innovative approaches.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Experience Requirements:
Education Profile Specifications:
- Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Post-Graduation: MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Special Course: Certification in Sales Management or relevant courses is a plus.
