Primary Responsibilities :

Job Title: Sales Director

Detailed Work Profile:

Our company provides telecom networking manufacturing services with a presence in three countries: Kenya, Johannesburg, and Nigeria. We are seeking a Sales Director to replace the previous incumbent in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the West African region.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and innovative approaches.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Experience Requirements:

Education Profile Specifications:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Post-Graduation: MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Special Course: Certification in Sales Management or relevant courses is a plus.
