The Key
Account Executive is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with
key clients in the recruitment consultancy sector. This role involves
understanding clients' recruitment needs, delivering tailored solutions, and
ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship
Management:
- Act as the primary point of
contact for assigned key clients.
- Develop and maintain
strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client business
objectives and recruitment needs.
- Recruitment Solutions:
- Work closely with clients
to understand their hiring requirements.
- Provide customized
recruitment solutions and strategies.
- Coordinate with internal
recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Sales and Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for
up-selling and cross-selling recruitment services.
- Develop and execute
strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Negotiate and close
agreements to maximize profitability.

service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins
