**Position Overview:**

As an Education Counsellor specializing in Educational Sales, you will be responsible

for promoting and selling educational products and services to schools, educational

institutions, and educators. Your role involves understanding the unique needs of clients

and recommending appropriate solutions that enhance educational outcomes. You will

engage in consultative selling, conducting demonstrations, and providing ongoing

support to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. **Consultative Selling:** Understand the specific needs and challenges of educational

institutions and educators through thorough needs assessment. Provide tailored

recommendations on products and services that align with their goals and curriculum

requirements.

2. **Product Demonstration:** Conduct compelling demonstrations or presentations of

educational products and services to showcase their features, benefits, and value

propositions. Illustrate how these solutions can positively impact teaching and learning

outcomes.

3. **Sales Process Management:** Manage the end-to-end sales process from

prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Develop and execute sales strategies

to achieve sales targets and objectives.

4. **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with

key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions. Act as a trusted advisor,

providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

5. **Market Awareness and Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, educational

standards, competitor products, and market developments. Use this knowledge to

position our products effectively and differentiate them in the market.

6. **Training and Support:** Provide training sessions, workshops, and product

demonstrations for educators and administrators. Ensure they are equipped with the

knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our products and services.

7. **Feedback and Improvement:** Gather feedback from customers regarding product

performance and service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams such as product


development and marketing to continuously improve our offerings based on customer

insights.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in educational sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets

and building client relationships.

- Strong understanding of educational products, curriculum standards, and teaching

methodologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced

environment.
