customer relationships. Electrical, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Taking Care of Service Operations in the allocated Region and Pre-installation for Sustaining Customer Satisfaction and

Further Customer Delight

2. Scheduling, Monitoring, and Adhering of Field Team tasks, updating the same in time to Senior Management.

3. Building Team Organizing the team and Optimizing the resources for the Maximum Results

4. Driving the Team for Multiskilling by Identifying an individual’s Skill Matrix and Coordinating with the Technical Training

Team.

5. Driving the Team to adhere to the MOT Process, well-equipped with all Tools and Manuals for the Machines

6. Connecting with all the Customers, making ease of their communication with the Organisation, To Ensure the Highest Net

Promoter Score in the Region.

To Achieve Service Revenue Targets with More Customer Engagements by AMC and Spare Parts Sales in the Region

Conflict Management, Evaluation & Assessment.

2. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in Machines
