Job Description:
We are launching a brand new ecommerce platform dedicated to Jadau jewellery (going live soon), and we are looking for
a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our fast-growing team and help us expand our clientele,
through both online and in-person channels.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
● Promote and sell Jadau jewellery to clients across the globe, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Build and develop relationships with clients through various channels, including WhatsApp, calls, video calls,
and in-person meetings.
● Understand client needs and preferences, offering personalized jewellery solutions.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
● Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client retention and loyalty.
● Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
● Travel across India as needed for client meetings and shows.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in client relations (or hospitality), preferably in the luxury or jewellery sector.
● Excellent sales and persuasive skills with a customer-centric approach.
● Strong sense of style, elegance, and an eye for detail.
● Fluency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
● Flexibility to travel across India for client meetings and shows.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and online communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom).
● Ability to work in-person at Jaipur headquarters.
