Function Name- Handling Communications, Events, Promotions, and Partnerships.
What role you'll play in the crew
The Digital Marketing Executive at company will play a pivotal role in strategically
managing the organization's digital presence and ensuring its alignment with the mission of
enhancing the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This individual will
lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy, oversee website
management, and foster productive relationships with external vendors. The Digital Head
will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to
ensure the delivery of engaging and relevant content across digital platforms. This role
involves project management, analytics monitoring, and staying current with digital trends
to optimize online engagement. Ultimately, the Digital Head will drive the organization's
online impact, furthering awareness and support for autism-related initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
What the role entails/responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.
Coordinate travel and accommodations.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Communications Coordination:
Draft and distribute internal and external communications.
Assist in communication strategies and campaigns.
Reporting Structures:
Develop and maintain reporting structures.
Track and report on KPIs and project progress.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Timeline Management:
Create and manage project timelines.
Monitor progress and resolve issues.
Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events and deadlines.
Vendor Liaison:
Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
Negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
Communications Sub-Departments:
Social Media:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms (Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and analytics to optimize
performance.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online
committees
Increase brand awareness and follower engagement.
Drive traffic to the company website.
Events:
Plan, organize, and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Evaluate event success and report on outcomes.
Collaborations:
Identify and develop partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
Coordinate joint projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
Manage collaboration timelines and communication.
Circulars:
Draft, review, and distribute company circulars and newsletters.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of circulars and newsletters.
About the candidate
Skill and Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or
a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
● Proven experience 5+ years in digital strategy, website management, and project
management.
● English fluency
● Hindi and Bengali is an added plus
Preferred Qualifications/Experience.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
● Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt to evolving digital landscapes.
