Primary Responsibilities :

Job Title / Position Name: Guest Relation Manager / Executive (Foreign Staff)

Department: Customer Service (Client Servicing)

Detailed Work Profile:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests at Antilia and Vantara projects.
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate and oversee guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with top clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage guest feedback, implementing improvements and solutions as necessary.
  • Provide detailed reports on guest interactions and service quality to senior management.
  • Uphold company standards and policies in all guest interactions.
Experience Requirements:

Required Experience in Years:

  • Minimum: 10 years of experience working with top clients.

Job Type:

  • Onsite for Antilia and Vantara projects.

Salary Budget:

  • INR 60,000 to 100,000 (More if the candidate is exceptionally good).

Number of Openings:

  • 5

Job Timing / Working Hours:

  • 10 to 12 hours, rotational shift.

Job Location:

  • Reliance Industries, Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Food, Accommodation, and Traveling Ticket:

  • Provided by the company.

Contract Duration:

  • 3 months probation period.

Educational Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation in PGDM.

Local Candidate or Any Other City or State Preference:

  • Foreign staff preferred.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken).

Languages Known:

  • English and Hindi.
