Primary Responsibilities :

Detailed Work Profile:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests at Antilia and Vantara projects.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and oversee guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with top clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage guest feedback, implementing improvements and solutions as necessary.
- Provide detailed reports on guest interactions and service quality to senior management.
- Uphold company standards and policies in all guest interactions.
Experience Requirements:
Required Experience in Years:
- Minimum: 10 years of experience working with top clients.
Job Type:
- Onsite for Antilia and Vantara projects.
Salary Budget:
- INR 60,000 to 100,000 (More if the candidate is exceptionally good).
Number of Openings:

Job Timing / Working Hours:
- 10 to 12 hours, rotational shift.
Job Location:
- Reliance Industries, Jamnagar, Gujarat.
Food, Accommodation, and Traveling Ticket:
- Provided by the company.
Contract Duration:
- 3 months probation period.
Educational Requirements:
- Post-Graduation in PGDM.
Local Candidate or Any Other City or State Preference:
- Foreign staff preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken).
