 is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business

Development team. This role requires building a strong network with dentists, coordinating with them

through various communication channels, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for giving training and demonstrations of our products and offers, scheduling

appointments, and maintaining sales records to achieve targets.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Networking: -Build and maintain a strong network with dentists.

- Coordination: Communicate effectively with dentists via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Follow up to

generate leads.

- Training & Demonstration: Provide training and product demonstrations to dentists, explaining

products and offers.

- Scheduling: Arrange appointments with dentists to discuss products and offers.

- Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of sales and coordinate with team members to meet

targets.

- Lead Follow-up: Demonstrate products and follow up with generated leads.

- Sales Activities: Conduct activities aimed at increasing sales.

- Client Approach: Identify and approach prospective clients appropriately.

- Territory Travel: Travel throughout the territory to visit customers regularly.

- Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally during all customer and prospect

interactions.

- Customer Education: Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them.

- Market Monitoring: Keep an eye on industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Requirements: Education:

- UG: Any Graduate

- PG: Any Postgraduate

- Skills:

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively

- Good convincing skills

- Sharp sales acumen

- Ability to work independently

- Proficiency in networking, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
