Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on B2B and B2C clients in real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored design solutions.
- Product and Service Information: Provide clients with detailed information on products and services, including design ideas, material options, pricing, and project timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and strategic follow-ups.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
Key Competencies:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design or real estate industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Attitude and Behavior: Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
