Detailed Work Profile:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating the sales team to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the supply chain to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Implementing store policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining store visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Conducting regular staff training and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of employee performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on store performance to senior management.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
Salary Budget:

Education Profile Specifications:
- Graduation: Required; preferably in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Post-Graduation: Not mandatory but preferred.
- Special Course: Diploma or certification in Retail Management or related fields is a plus.
