We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting our products to existing and potential clients. You will be tasked with performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients, while also establishing and maintaining strong business relationships. The role involves closely monitoring competitors, coordinating with other departments, and contributing to the expansion of the company into new markets.

- Sell and Promote Products: Actively sell and promote products to both existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Needs and Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis to tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ sales activities and market trends to stay ahead.
- Market Expansion: Assist in corporate marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at expanding into new markets.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide management with regular reports on customer needs, potential new products or services, and competitive activities.
- Database Management: Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
- Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement new sales strategies and models to enhance sales performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: BBA/BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales within the crusher industry (preferred) or a related industry.
- Sales Techniques: Knowledge of various sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems creatively and handle a variety of variables in dynamic environments.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Objection Handling: Ability to effectively overcome objections from potential clients.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
