Position Overview:
We are looking for a confident and well-groomed Hostess to join our team at Parampara. As a key member of the front of house team, you will be the face of our establishment, greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude, and assist with seating arrangements.
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming phone calls, manage reservations, and ensure proper table allocation.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, assist with special requests, and resolve any issues in a courteous manner.
- Reception Duties: Manage the reception desk, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area.
- Coordination: Communicate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upselling: Promote special offers or events to guests when applicable.
Experience & Education:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in Guest Relations.
- Education: Graduation is mandatory; Post-graduation is not required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; must be able to interact with guests confidently and courteously.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Demonstrates a positive and friendly demeanor, always focused on delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Smart Turnout: Well-presented with a professional appearance suitable for a high-end dining establishment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with both guests and staff, able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem Solving: Able to handle guest issues promptly and professionally.
