Role & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage various online platforms to find potential candidates, update job postings, and screen applications.
- Interviewing: Shortlist applicants and schedule interviews.
- Screening: Perform background checks and assess job requirements to ensure candidates meet the criteria.
- Hiring: Work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding: Ensure the seamless integration of new hires into the company, facilitating a smooth transition into their roles.
- Exit Process: Manage resignation/termination documentation, conduct exit interviews, retrieve company assets, and finalize financial settlements.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance and manage workforce-related tasks daily.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as required.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience using major hiring portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, Apnajob, Jobhai, Facebook Job Posting, Hireit, IIMJobs, Instahyre, etc.
- Skilled in utilizing the company’s career page and social media channels for recruitment.
- Previous experience in the Fashion & Lifestyle industry is preferred.
- Proficient in both Hindi and English.
