Education & Qualification:
- B.Ed in Intellectual Disability (ID) or B.Ed in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Qualified
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized education and care for children with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including autism.
- Develop and implement special education programs tailored to the specific needs of each student.
- Assess students' abilities and design individualized education plans (IEP) in collaboration with parents and therapists.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching methods and strategies accordingly.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to support students' overall development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards set by the RCI and other relevant authorities.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning for children with special needs.
