- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient functioning of the office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative tasks and processes.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management related to office administration.
- Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues related to office administration.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
