Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving revenue growth, and maintaining operational excellence. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset to manage the team, optimize the guest experience, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, kitchen, and event management.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Manage inventory, cost controls, and budgeting to optimize profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a positive working environment.
- Recruit, train, and retain staff, focusing on service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to achieve business objectives.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service standards and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Financial & Business Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and financial reports, ensuring revenue targets and cost controls are met.
- Drive sales and profitability through creative promotions, upselling, and effective resource management.
- Analyze market trends and implement strategies to enhance the business's competitive edge.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Regularly review and update operational procedures to adhere to legal and company standards.
Performance Monitoring:
- Set KPIs and performance goals for the team, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans to meet targets.
- Provide detailed reports on financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior managerial role within the F&B sector.
- Strong background in managing restaurants, bars, or hospitality operations.
- Experience in budgeting, P&L management, and business growth.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:
