Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Master Teacher for Mathematics. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Bangalore. As a Master Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering live online sessions, lesson planning, training, and ensuring high-quality educational experiences for students.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive live classes for Mathematics, focusing on students from grades 1 to 10.
Prepare lesson plans and course materials tailored to the needs of students.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the academic team for content enhancement and student engagement strategies.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods.

Who Can Apply:

Candidates with strong pedagogy skills and prior teaching experience.
Candidates with notable academic achievements, including top ranks in entrance exams, quizzes, and competitions.
Candidates with experience in live online teaching sessions will be given preference.
Preference for candidates from IIT/NIT/BITS or those with prior EdTech experience.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience in Mathematics.
Education:
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
- PG: MS/M.Sc (Science) or M.Tech in any specialization.
Subject Expertise: Mathematics (grades 1-10), Science (grades 1-5), and English (grades 1-5).
Strong communication and teaching skills.
Willingness to work full-time from the office in Bangalore.

Employment Details:

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timings: 12 noon to 9 pm
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation: Competitive CTC, ranging from 6 LPA to 40 LPA, based on experience and qualifications. A 20-25% hike on the current CTC will be offered for suitable candidates.
