Primary Responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed defined sales goals and objectives.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while serving as an individual contributor and leading/managing a sales team.
- Clearly articulate and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s software solutions to prospective clients, including C-level executives.
- Manage and expand relationships within existing accounts to enhance the company’s presence.
- Lead efforts to up-sell software licenses and associated services to existing and potential clients.
- Prepare comprehensive and tailored customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Drive deal negotiations and ensure timely closures while keeping quarterly sales targets in focus.
- Leverage consultative selling skills and technical knowledge to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with partner networks to identify new opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.
- Design and execute sales campaigns to maximize leads and opportunities in the sales funnel.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of proven sales experience in the software services industry.
- Prior experience in selling Enterprise Software, such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, or Enterprise Portal solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a successful track record in team management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and organizational capabilities.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly basis.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges to advance the sales cycle.
- Proficiency in mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
