Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and back-office tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to support HR and admin activities.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, records, and documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to office administration.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration or back-office roles.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Languages:
- Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (both spoken and written).
Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the required languages.
Key Competencies:
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 CTC per month
