Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, analyzing data, managing budgets, and staying on top of industry trends to deliver successful marketing outcomes.

1. Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across eCommerce platforms.
- Continuously monitor campaign progress and optimize for best results.
2. Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.
3. Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize performance while minimizing costs.
- Track spending and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, and creative, to align marketing strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate with external partners when required.
5. Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
- Leverage insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, key insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
7. A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Execute A/B tests and other experiments to identify the most effective marketing approaches.
- Implement learnings from testing to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
8. Stay Updated:
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Continuously enhance personal skills and strategies to remain competitive in the field.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart ads platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel and analytical tools for performance tracking and reporting.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
