- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Innovate and add new tandoori items to the menu as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine.
- Skills:
- Expertise in handling tandoor equipment and traditional Indian recipes.
- Strong knowledge of marination techniques and spice blending.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
