Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain high service standards.
Guest Services:
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality and resolving issues efficiently.
Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and set objectives for team members.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all departments.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance the hotel's performance.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and CRM tools is a plus.
