Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Support the sales cycle with consultative solution selling for customers and prospects.
- Execute key steps of the sales process: discovery, solutioning, demonstration, POC, RFP, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a comprehensive and integrated solution message.
Customer Engagement:
- Provide consultation, product capability assessments, and proof-of-concept (POC) to prospective users.
- Deliver customized live demonstrations tailored to meet customers' business needs.
- Act as a trusted solution advisor during all stages of client engagement, working closely with sales executives.
- Establish credibility with C-level executives by effectively articulating the solution’s value.
Revenue Goals:
- Contribute towards achieving annual revenue targets for software subscription or licenses.
Feedback & Transition:
- Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to product management teams for future improvements.
- Ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer to the service team after sales closure.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify opportunities for further value creation.
- Support post-sales activities to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Marketing & Partnerships:
- Participate in marketing events to promote solutions and expand market presence.
- Conduct partner enablement sessions to enhance the solution ecosystem.

- Experience with alternate data sources such as GST, bank statements, and financials.
- Proficiency in data science and analytics tools is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with a results-driven orientation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 4 years of presales experience in a customer-facing environment, designing business processes or strategies.
- Proven success in selling enterprise solutions with long sales cycles.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent executive-level presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new solutions, configure demos, and present effectively to customers.
- Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
