Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the marketing team to achieve brand aspirations.
- Build and execute a clear, concise marketing roadmap.
- Coordinate marketing strategies with sales and other departments.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create strategies for both online and offline business verticals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and improve online content, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
Market Research & Insights:
- Gather consumer insights to identify personas, segmentation, and opportunities.
- Monitor competition and provide innovative ideas to differentiate the brand across platforms.
Brand Building:
- Develop the brand identity and its unique value proposition for digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all platforms and channels.
Digital Marketing Management:
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including websites, blogs, advertising platforms, and social media.
- Track and analyze ROAS, KPIs, and other performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Sales teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Liaise with external agencies and experts to ensure effective marketing deliverables.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Forecast sales trends and track marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing department’s budget.
- Optimize spending to maximize returns on marketing investments.
Team Development:
- Motivate and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Promote a collaborative and innovative culture within the department.
Event Management:
- Represent the brand at customer exhibitions, trade shows, and industry-related events.
