Role Overview:
The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring the store is fully stocked, and organizing the store layout efficiently. The role involves recording receipts, withdrawals, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure smooth operations.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the store's inventory.
- Keep the store fully stocked with necessary materials.
- Organize and optimize the store layout for efficiency.
- Record and manage receipts, stock withdrawals, and stock updates.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: High Secondary (equivalent to 12th grade).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (freshers will not be considered).
Skills and Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Strong inventory management knowledge.
- Ability to handle inventory software or manual stock systems.
Soft Skills:
- Confidence and punctuality.
- Honesty and strong team collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and critical thinking for problem-solving.
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Communication:
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Indian languages is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: AED 4,000 - 4,500 per month.
