Position Overview
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong aptitude for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
2. Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
3. Sales Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine strategies accordingly.
4. Sales Reporting
- Track and report sales performance, including key metrics such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports to management.
5. Customer Service
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with products or services.
6. Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
- Work with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales are welcome.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits
- CTC: ₹20,000 per month
