Ricoh Technicians (Ricoh Production)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide service, installations, and technical support to all clients in the assigned territory.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction in the designated territory by delivering quality service.
3. Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing on Ricoh copiers and related office equipment.
4. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with copiers and other office devices.
5. Order and replace necessary parts efficiently to maintain equipment functionality.
6. Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of Ricoh copiers and office equipment.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services performed, including repairs and installations.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Ricoh Printers with Ferry Certification or equivalent expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of diagnosing and servicing production-grade Ricoh equipment.
