Key Responsibilities
Overseeing Daily Operations:
- Manage day-to-day company activities, ensuring seamless operational processes.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet business needs.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to optimize performance and reduce costs.
Budget Management:
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within financial constraints.
Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and develop employees while fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
Quality Control:
- Establish and monitor quality control systems to ensure products/services meet customer expectations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while proactively managing potential risks.
Vendor Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of resources.
Customer Service:
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track KPIs and operational metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in resource management, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: KWD 800 to KWD 1,000
- Duty Hours: 08:00 am to 04:00 pm
- Contract Duration: 3 years
- Visa Type: Normal working visa
