Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the beauty industry and be ready to travel PAN India as required. This is an immediate hiring opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO.
- Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Travel with the CEO for business meetings and events across India.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexibility to travel extensively across India.
- Keen interest and knowledge in the beauty industry.
- High level of personal integrity and commitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the beauty or related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
