Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Advisory
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement upstream business strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Provide actionable insights into market trends, technologies, and geopolitical factors influencing the upstream sector.
Operational Excellence
- Guide exploration and production operations to ensure optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management in upstream activities.
Business Development and Partnerships
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion and diversification in upstream operations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including joint venture partners, regulatory authorities, and service providers.
Leadership and Mentorship
- Inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
Industry Experience
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas or related industries.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles within top multinationals or international brands.
Sector Knowledge
- Experience with upstream operations, exploration, and production.
- Familiarity with adjacent sectors like Telecom, FMCG, Downstream Oil & Gas, or Digital Payment services is a plus.
Age Criteria
- Preferred age: 45 to 58 years (Exceptional candidates slightly above 58 will also be considered).
