Primary Responsibilities :
Position Title: Manager - Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Product Head/Process Head/Executive Director & CEO
Department: International Sales and Marketing
Basic Function
The Manager - Sales and Marketing will collaborate with the marketing team and management, including the CEO, to design and implement effective marketing plans. The role focuses on driving business growth for the company and positioning them as global leaders and associated industries.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Design and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to cater to different customer segments.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and generate leads in various industries relevant to the company’s products and solutions.
- Develop strategies for new client acquisition and enhance retention of existing customers.
- Present tailored solutions to leads/customers based on the product range.
Market Research and Intelligence:
- Utilize market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and new business segments.
- Monitor and adapt to marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Coordination and Reporting:
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Public Relations, and Production teams to align marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present quarterly and yearly MIS reports to senior management.
Team Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Brand Development:
- Promote the company’s brand through campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Leverage technical product knowledge to position the company’s offerings effectively in the market.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proficiency in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Communication, and Campaign Management.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Brand Promotion, and New Product Launches.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and the ability to promote products on technical merits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to derive actionable insights.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, or any general degree from a reputed institution.
- Post-graduation in Marketing or Sales is mandatory.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B industries.
