PRT & Pre-Primary Teacher

Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Management:

   • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.
   • Ensure discipline and adherence to school rules.

2. Lesson Planning and Delivery:

   • Design engaging lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum.
   • Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods, activities, and tools to enhance learning.

3. Student Engagement and Development:

   • Foster curiosity and creativity among students.
   • Encourage student participation and collaborative learning.
   • Identify and address individual learning needs.

4. Communication:

   • Maintain regular communication with parents to discuss progress and concerns.
   • Provide feedback on student performance and areas for improvement.

5. Extra-Curricular Activities:

   • Organize and participate in school events, programs, and competitions.
   • Encourage holistic development through arts, sports, and other activities.

6. Professional Growth:

   • Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings as required.
   • Stay updated with modern teaching techniques and curriculum standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • B.Ed./NTT (Nursery Teachers Training)/D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) preferred.

• Experience:

  • Prior teaching experience of [specify years, if required] in pre-primary or primary classes is preferred.

• Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in other regional languages is a plus).
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
