Primary Responsibilities :
JOB TITLE: Store Keeper / Store Man

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring that all store principles, procedures, guidelines, and standards set by the organization and the client are followed and maintained at all times.
Experience Requirements:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply and adhere to the client’s contractual QHSE obligations, and the company's QHSE policy and procedures.
- Maintain the integrity of the ISO Management Documentation System, and comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, & ISO 45000 standards.
- Ensure personal hygiene standards, uniform code, safe lifting techniques, and code of behavior are strictly followed.
- Follow Health and Safety measures, including accident prevention codes.
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders/supplier invoices or delivery notes.
- Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality, particularly in case lots.
- Refuse acceptance of damaged or incorrect items.
- Follow FIFO principles when receiving and throughout routine tasks.
- Check and report expiry dates of products, segregate damaged and spoilt goods for further inspection, and record before disposal.
- Enter issuance and receipt vouchers into the warehouse management system.
- Update the stock ledger and warehouse management system to support better planning and forecasting.
- Notify the Line Manager/Supervisor of low stock levels promptly.
- Ensure the chiller, freezer, and dry stores’ temperatures are accurate, reporting any temperature drops to management.
- Adhere to food safety and handling policies across all food-related areas.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management.
- Maximize space usage within the warehouse and allocate storage areas for new stock.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Ensure products are stocked correctly and safely.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare daily and monthly management information reports.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Act as a food safety team member.
- Perform other duties as directed by the manager.
