Executive Assistant | Personal Assistant to the MD
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Managing Director and will be responsible for gamut of
communication.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and
prioritizing tasks in a corporate environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and
interfacing with clients and other key stakeholders
• Manage the schedule and appointments of the MD
• Handling guests and visitors
• Should be able to work with minimum guidance or support
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Should be good at taking dictation and drafting.
• Travel management: Booking flights (domestic and international), cabs and Hotels, coordination,
arranging Visas and insurance
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, follow ups and negotiations
• Handle meetings, virtual calls and offline

Experience Requirements:
Expected Qualifications, experience/exposure, and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Any relevant qualification like MBA will be a plus

• Excellent oral & written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork ability
