Primary Responsibilities :
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or related field required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships from end to end, ensuring their needs are met and objectives are achieved.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and concepts aligned with clients' briefs.
- Guide and assist clients in selecting appropriate event solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely event setup and execution.
- Develop cost estimates, invoices, and follow up on client payments.
- Oversee event planning, logistics, and on-site execution globally, ensuring seamless operations.
- Research industry trends, publications, and competitor activities to identify new ideas and opportunities.
- Travel onsite for event execution, working with vendors to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Actively engage with clients through meetings, calls, and written communication.
- Address client concerns, objections, and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Advise management on client needs, expectations, and potential solutions.
- Prepare weekly schedules of planned activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide periodic reports on client accounts, lead generation, and sales pipeline analytics.
