Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee effective operational processes across the organization.
• Ensure all operations are executed in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Maintain legal compliance in all organizational processes.
• Manage budgets, prepare forecasts, and monitor financial performance.
• Perform quality control checks and monitor key production KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflows and team performance.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer service quality.

Key Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in monitoring overall company activities and supervising staff to achieve organizational goals.
