- Provide accurate and timely information about available properties and services.
Front Desk Operations:
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings, property showings, and inspections.
Documentation Management:
- Organize and maintain property-related documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.
Coordination and Scheduling:
- Coordinate meetings and property viewings with clients, tenants, and internal teams.
- Maintain an efficient schedule to avoid overlaps or delays.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties, including managing office supplies and mail distribution.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate degree.
- Experience: Prior experience in front desk operations or administrative roles is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
