Cooking Responsibilities:
- Prepare all meals at any requested time, including occasionally at night.
- Cook meals for both the family and staff (currently 2 drivers and 2 maids).
Kitchen Hygiene and Maintenance:
- Maintain absolute cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Wash all cooking utensils and ensure they are clean after each use.
- Keep refrigerators organized, clean, and properly stocked.
Daily Routine:
- Wake up by 7:00 AM, take a bath before entering the kitchen, and prioritize hygiene.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
- Keep track of kitchen inventory and report items that need replenishment.
- Handle grocery shopping, with the assistance of a driver and a set budget.
General Duties:
- Uphold strict standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Follow proper table setting and food presentation practices.
Contract Details
- Contract Duration: Initially 1 year, extendable based on performance.
- Location of Posting: Dubai, UAE.
- Salary: Starting at 5,000 AED, with potential increases after 1 year based on performance.

Experience and Education Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience required, preferably international.
- Education:
- Graduate, able to speak English and Hindi fluently.
- Specialized training in hotel management or as a skilled chef (e.g., sous chef).
- Preference for candidates with prior experience as a home cook or working in a similar environment.
