Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:
- Manage and monitor day-to-day production operations, ensuring that targets are met within the established timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and minimum downtime.
- Ensure the production process adheres to all quality standards and specifications.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and working efficiently.
- Allocate tasks and ensure proper staffing for all shifts.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and cooperation among departments.
Resource Management:
- Oversee the use of raw materials, machinery, and labor to maximize productivity while minimizing waste and costs.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of cost reduction, time efficiency, and resource management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control, and procurement) to streamline production processes.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any compliance issues promptly.
Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that finished products meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions in case of quality deviations.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate production logs, performance reports, and other documentation required by management or regulatory authorities.
- Analyze production data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certifications in production management or quality control (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus.
Experience:
