Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition initiatives. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and affiliate marketing, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven strategies.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, audio platforms, and other digital channels to drive customer acquisition.
- Leverage SEO, referrals, and affiliate marketing to expand reach and acquire new users cost-effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate content creation efforts to ensure alignment with acquisition goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROI using data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify and test new marketing channels and strategies to drive incremental growth.
- Maintain accurate analysis, forecasting, and reporting, providing actionable insights to the business.
- Work closely with the website development team to implement data-driven optimizations for improved conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in digital marketing to ensure best practices are employed.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in acquisition-focused marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce or startups.
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing and optimizing referral and affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
