Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services, attract new customers, and increase sales.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that differentiates the business from its competitors.
- Plan and execute promotional events, advertising campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to develop and implement co-marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all expenditures align with the budget.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
