Responsibility Area & Specific Tasks:
Business Development
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the textile industry.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify new markets for expansion.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and expand market reach.
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer customized textile solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiation and Closing
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals with clients.
- Ensure all agreements align with company policies and profitability targets.
Product Knowledge
- Have a thorough understanding of textile products, including fabrics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product launches.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market performance, sales reports, and pipeline development.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback from clients to assist in product development and improvement.
Market Research
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify new trends, emerging markets, and potential growth areas in the textile sector.
Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the management.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Experience Requirements:
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of the textile industry is a plus.
